Greenville Avenue Construction Update

Starting Monday, August 1, 2016, Greenville Avenue will be closed to southbound traffic for approximately two months between Belmont Avenue and Bell Street, and between Alta Avenue and Ross Avenue as part of the ongoing Greenville Avenue Phase II construction project.  Northbound traffic on Greenville Avenue will remain open at all times, and two-way traffic on Greenville Avenue between Bell Street and Alta Avenue will be maintained at all times.  Access to all properties along Greenville Avenue will be maintained at all times.  During the closures, southbound Greenville Avenue traffic will be detoured to Matilda Street as depicted on the attached Traffic Closure/Detour Map exhibit.  Both northbound and southbound valet parking on lowest Greenville Avenue will remain operational at all times. However, the southbound valet stand will be temporarily relocated one block south to just south of Sears Street for approximately three weeks beginning Monday, August 1, 2016.  Two-way traffic operations on Greenville Avenue are anticipated to be restored by September 30, 2016.
